We've stayed here twice and the price seems to keep going up, though noticable improvements are being made, including many sites in the primitive camping area being converted into full hookup sites. Note that my price listed of $45 per night was for a full hookup site on the river, which is the most expensive they have.
The good points are the quiet location and well maintained facilities. Some road noise, but almost none after dark, and its just a 30 - 45 minute scenic drive into Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Nearly 100 cable channels!
The potential bad point is that the office staff gets a lot of negative comments on another web site. We have had no trouble so maybe it depends on who is working at the time. While they do have pull thru sites, there are only a few of them and I don't think they are as nice as back-in spaces on the river.
