This is a large RV park right off highway 20 so you do get some highway noise in some of the slots but not too bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the office/store and laundry as well as the pool and grounds are kept immaculate. They provide propane service in the park as well as trash pickup at your site. The sites are all gravel no concrete pads but they are nicely landscaped and well maintained. They will not allow you to store a boat or trailer at your site but they do have an area where they will allow you to park it nearby. They have a nice pond that is good for fishing with the kids but fishing is all catch and release so you won't be able to keep it if you catch a big one, you can have your picture with it put up on the wall in the office though. We stayed in a long term site for about two months during the summer, there are trees but they are not really large enough to provide shade. If you are staying here I recommend doing your shopping in Terrell since it is only five miles away and has a walmart. There is an outlet mall very close but if you are headed to Dallas expect a half hour drive and in 2011 there was major road construction between here and Dallas. My husband was working in Mesquite and this was the nicest and most convient RV park we could find at the time near there.
