We checked this place out when in the area so keep in mind this is just a drive thru review.

This looks like it might be a good family destination as the nightly rate is pretty low, even for a full hookup site, and there are plenty of things for kids to do such as a pool, water slide, etc, though all of those things cost extra.

There are many seasonal sites here and they are all crammed into one area.  The overnight sites are spread out much better.  The electric and water sites have some decent shade, while the full hookup sites that cost only $2 more are just out in a big field.  You are paking on grass in either situation, but it was nicely mown and level.

They do not take reservations here, which I thought was odd.  The clerk told me though that you can get a site on a wekeend easily, except on holiday weekends when the place gets filled to capacity.

Not a place for an overnight stop as it is well off the beaten path.  Might be a good place for a family outing, though once you pay the low nightly rate the cost of extra activites could be expensive.
